Rajendra Nimje | Executive Director
Rajendra Nimje

Rajendra Nimje is from the prestigious Indian Administrative Service. He holds Masters Degree in Technology from IIT Bombay and is a Digital Vision Fellow of Stanford University, U.S.A. He also holds Bachelor degrees in Engineering, Law and journalism along with PG Diplomas in Business Management and German Language.

He has more than 28 years of experience in various sectors which includes Telecom, e-Governance, Power, Engineering, Banking, Construction & Irrigation. Earlier he worked as Executive Director for Gati Group which was developing Hydel power projects in the state of Sikkim and operating coal mines in Indonesia. Rajendra also provided leadership to ILFS Engineering & Construction Company Ltd. during 2008-2010.  He was President spearheading Metro Rail, Power, Irrigation and Building & Structures.

Rajendra hails from prestigious I.A.S. background.  He handled different portfolios during his long administrative career such as District Collector in Khammam district of AP, Director Technical Education, Additional CEO for Andhra Pradesh, Election Commission of India, Dy. Commissioner Excise, and Commissioner for Municipal Corporation Rajahmundry, Joint Collector Warangal and Additional Commissioner, Finance & IT in Municipal Corporation of Hyderabad.

Mr. Rajendra Nimje has many awards to his credit. He won the prestigious' Social e-Challenge' award in Stanford University in 2003-04 for his innovative 'e-Immunization' project. The project was prototyped later in Khammam district and it won the 9th e-Governance Award in 2006.  'Giri-Pragna' project for the most disadvantaged section of the society - was chosen as 'Finalist' in the Stockholm Challenge Awards 2006 and was the only project which can reach finals in the education category from India. The Unique project again reached Finals of Stockholm Challenge in the year 2008. His e-Governance projects 'Parishkruthi' and 'e-Hyderabad' reached Finals in Stockholm Challenge for the year 2006 and 2002 in Public Administration category.  He also won the 9th National e- Governance award for his project 'Health Call Center' as Silver Icon during 2006.  'Health Call Center’ project was later included as one of the ‘Best Practice' by Govt. of India.

Mr. Nimje is closely associated with the Indo-US collaboration for Engineering Education which was founded in 2006 for providing fillip and accelerated growth of standards in engineering education in US and India.  He also led a delegation to Germany for joint development of Polytechnic Education in India and Germany.

 
Joseph Varghese K | Head - Human Resources
Joseph Joseph has a masters degree in Personnel Management, Industrial Relations and Labour Welfare and with over 17 years experience in HR in Manufacturing, Retail, Service, Infrastructure and Telecom. His area of expertise is in PMS, Employee Relations and Engagement, setting up the HR systems and processes for start ups, Talent Acquisition, International Business, HR Compliance, Organizational Restructuring, Competency Mapping and Innovative HR practices, Proficient at Team building with proven leadership skills, developing and implementing training interventions to enhance efficiency and motivational levels of employees.
 
Muralikrishna Ch | Head - Sales Delivery
Muralikrishna CH Muralikrishna is an engineer with a master's degree in business administration with 19 years of domain expertise cutting across Project management, Banking and New business initiatives in BFSI industry. Prior to joining Karvy, he was associated with ING Vysya Bank managing Operations, Relationship management, Legacy migration, Business Process Reengineering, Product development & Implementation.
 
Sundaram Babu Srinivasan | Head - Business Development - Telecom
Sundaram Babu Srinivasan Srinivasan is an MBA from Pondicherry University and also holds a master's in Psychology from Madras University  & M.Phil in Management from Alagappa University. He comes with over 17 years of rich experience cutting across FMCG & Telecom verticals. Prior to joining Karvy he was employed with various organizations such as Dalmia Industries, Colgate Palmolive, Cholayil, Bharti Airtel, Reliance Communications and Sistema Shyam and spent his career in these organizations in sales & business development at various roles such as Regional Sales Manager, Circle Sales Head, Circle Business Head. His last assignment was with Sistema Shyam as Sales Head reporting to the Circle CEO.
 
Rajesh Mattapalli | Head - Business Development and Operations - Banking & Financial Services
Rajesh Rajesh, a master's Degree in Finance has over 18 years post-qualification experience. He has handled diverse roles in financial services including Merchant Banking, Investment Banking, Public Issue Management, Banking, Operations, etc. He has worked with SEBI, Stock Holding Corporation, ICICI Bank, and Kotak Mahindra prior to his last assignment as Centre Head – Development Credit Bank Limited – A.P.
 
P Eswar Rao | Head - Telecom Operations
Eswar Eswar holds a Masters degree in Electronics and is a certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers (CAIIB). He has a cumulative experience of over 16 years in relationship management and operations in the BFSI vertical in various organizations like ING Vysya Bank, HDFC Bank, Axis Bank, Deutsche Bank and Satyam BPO. Eswar specializes in laying down BFSI processes, bringing in improvements and execution in the most cost efficient manner and  specializes in turning around businesses. His last stinct was with Satyam BPO where he was in Pre Sales.
 
Manish Gujarathi | Regional Head - West
Manish Gujarathi Manish brings with him over 18 years of vast experience in Sales, Operations and Project Management. He has worked in various industries like CAD/GIS, Office automation, Logistics, Imaging (EDMS solutions) and Records management. Prior to joining KDMSL, he was heading the Imaging Vertical at Writer Corporation. Past organizations worked with are Rolta India, Xerox, M & M Logistics and Agility Logistics Pvt. Ltd. He specializes in acquisition of business to successful execution of the same.
